If you have created Facebook developer apps, you can get the ID from there(attached).

However, I believe you do not need app ID to integrate FB comments. You just need to enable the settings here: Settings>Comments>Integrations>Facebook Comments

i have paste my API Key in settings -> social media integrations -> facebook

But on my site i cant see or create a facebook comment.

I tried posting a comment in Facebook comment form and it's showing(video attached). Am I missing something here?

You need to click on the comment text box, fill in your content, then click the login with Facebook button.
