I have an ES toolbar in a module on my homepage above the grid1 position and there is also the toolbar at the top of ALL of my EasySocial pages. I remember that I had previously set up my setting to be different from your default settings in that the image with the picture of the person who is logged in is now on the left and somewhat separated. Also, the name is NOT displaying. And, the submenu of the profile items is showing up BELOW the tool bar. In the example that you have in the following image:
http://stackideas.com/forums?controller=attachment&task=displayFile&tmpl=component&id=13396
The Picture of the person logged in is just to the left of the search field. And, it displays a name. And, the pull down menu displays all the submenu items. I am thinking I might like to go back to that configuration.
Can you show me where the settings are. I keep looking but not finding them.
Thank you, Sean Carney

There are no such settings currently.

Hello Sean,

I am not really sure if I understand you here. The module settings are available in the module parameters.

Yes, this is not something I have found in any module parameters. I know that on the home page I am using the module which I have titled "EasySocial Toolbar Home Page" and placed in the grid1 position. But, that same toolbar functionality is built into all the other EasySocial pages in the social section at https://www.starch-smart.com/social

I am thinking that maybe it was an App that I configured for this. The changes I made to this effected both the module and also the social pages. I have attached a picture of the area I want to change.

Hello Sean,

I am sorry but I am really a little lost here. In the toolbar module, you actually have a list of settings within the module itself. What are you trying to achieve here?

I am trying to figure out how to configure this toolbar like in the default settings. This is not done in the module. I have been through those preferences plenty of times. It is done somewhere else. In the picture I uploaded you will notice that I do NOT have the picture of myself and the pull-down menu located right next to the Search field as I keep seeing in all the screenshots from StackIdeas and also TechJoomla. Also, you will notice that I am displaying the submenu items below the toolbar horizontally instead of vertically in a menu. Also, I am NOT displaying the login name next to the avatar icon.

These are the things I want to tweak but am not remembering where. Although I do realize that there may be an old ticket on this from when I first made the changes so I will go through my tickets and let you know what I find.

I am actually a little lost as to what settings you are referring to here. If you click on the toolbar module for EasySocial, you will see a list of module settings as shown here, http://screencast.com/t/IV46I7yeAJ4R . What other settings are you referring to?

Settings I am looking for include a setting that seems to determine whether the submenus are a pulldown menu or appear in a row below the toolbar. Another settings seems to determine if the login of the person that is logged in is displayed. Another option seems to determine if the Login link is positioned right next to the Search field or if it is located on the left. These are all different on my site from yours and I am sure that there was a place with settings for this that surprised me. But, I am not finding the correct example on your site of some toolbars that I saw that were laid out different than mine. So, I guess I can drop this for now.
