When I submit a blog post all I get is the image attached below and this is only after I hit submit for review with the green button in the upper right. Not sure why I get that error, and do you guys think it coould it be with my CDN, maybe some setting I am using with my CDN?

Zack
One other thing, it will submit the article, but does not send out that there is an article to edit to me or my wife. So the challenge is we do not know. Also it does not send it out that the article was submitted to the person who created the article.

One more thing.... It looks like it works from the backend just fine, but from the front end where I submit an article it is not working like it should.I have added my account so you can test it out with submitting the article if need be.

I have added my stackpath (formerly maxcdn) to my list of passwords. That is my CDN maybe I have set something in there that is not allowing people to submit articles.

Hey Zack,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I tried to access the site but I don't seem to see EasyArticles installed on the site. Am I missing anything here?

I updated my first post. But this should be for EasyBlog not EasyArticles.

Hey Zack,

Ah sorry! I must have seen the word "article" and I thought it was easyarticle :x By the way, I tried to submit a blog post on the front end and it seems to be working fine, http://take.ms/aSXUo

I have a feeling that in your post, it contains a keyword that is somehow being rejected by the server's security policy. Could you check with your web host to see if they have any security module in place which may cause the web server to reject it?

I made a new account on the site that has no access to administrator features, IE bypassing the editor. So if you could log in as the new account I updated with in the first post, and try again to see if the error is popping up for you I would appreciate it. You basically need to have someone approve the article. This will submit it for someone to edit and that is where I think the challenge is.

Hey Zack,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, yeah I seem to be able to reproduce this issue when submitting the post as the user "Stackideas1". Can you please edit your post and also include the ftp access so that I can troubleshoot this?

Hey Zack,

After spending hours testing this, the problem isn't happening when it is saving. The problem only happens when it is redirecting to the page http://disneyelite.com/en-us/overview/dashboard/entries . I tried to turn off some of the plugins but it doesn't seem to have any effect and I think it is best if you could get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them why is the server returning the 504 Gateway Timeout error as I can't see any errors being thrown within the site.

My hosting provider and I found the error. He increased my memory in the php.ini file, and he fixed the email challenge with the site. Thank you again for looking into this Mark. I appreciate it.

Thanks for updating me on this Zack and glad that this is resolved for you now. By the way, can I know what really happened? Because I am very curious too!

So what happened was there needed to be some modification to my php.ini file. The php.ini file had to be modified in the amount of ram it was using. It was not using enough and was denying access to the gateway. So when he changed it, everything seemed to work well.
