When "Show title" is set to "No" still shows text

For fields that are set with No for Show title, it still displays the text :

It was the relationship field. I've had a quick play and other fields seem ok, plus I've changed that field now so it does show some text. If I come across this again will open a new ticket.

Yes, I have just come across another one. I created a text area field and set to not show the title or description, but on the front end profile page it shows the :
