Seems like the issue is caused by the cometchat plugin. As I temporary disable the plugin the message was send only once.
Can you consult this issue with the cometchat regarding this?

I think the problem comes from automatic identification but I do not find in the admin where I can suspend this option?

By the way, the setting was on when I've troubleshoot the issue, and once I disable the cometchat plugin the conversation was sent out once. Have you try to disable the cometchat and see how it goes?
