I just did this on the server by adding the following to the php.ini file in the root of the server for chamberanswers.com

/home/chambans/public_html/php.ini

php.ini file:
 1. zend_extension=/usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so
2. magic_quotes_gpc = Off

Is this correct?

I am still having issues with getting images and videos to show. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hello Randall,

What you did was for the php setting on your site itself. The settings in Configure Command, as you can see in my screenshot can only be configured by the webhoster as these settings are on the server side of things.

The Hosting Tech Support person contacted me back to inform me this:

Hi,

You have created a custom php.ini file for your domain 'chamberanswers.com' to make custom changes
for your php configurations and have turned off 'magic_quotes_gpc' module in it.On verifying we
could see that the module is already turned off server wide.Please verify:

root@vps [~]# hostname
vps.wkuhosting.com
root@vps [~]# php -i|grep magic_quotes_gpc
magic_quotes_gpc => Off => Off
root@vps [~]#

So if Magic Quotes is turned OFF then what else could the bog image and video issues be?

This issue appears to be fixed.

However, I guess blog images and videos don't show up yet in the EasySocial Stream?
