It would be really useful to only display the categories under which a user can create a group when creating a group.

For example, if there are four categories A, B, C & D but the user's profile only allows access to A & B, only A & B should be displayed when the user is creating a group and is prompted to select a category.

Is this possible? It would make the process clearer to the user.
