Thanks for the access. Don't worry, it will not visible to other users except support team. I've checked your site the comment it is not stored multiple times. That is the comment preview which for some reasons it has generate two previews. Can you provide us your FTP so I can debug this issue? Please advise.

Thank you for looking into my issue.

This site is currently hosted inside our network, because it is still in a development phase.

The http is published through a reverse proxy on the Internet but the FTP is not.

Do you know if there is a Joomla FTP module that easily allows you access to the site?

Do you need certain files that might cause the issue?

What FTP client did you used? It seems to be a CLI?

But when I trying to rename a file name from your FTP server, but i hitting this permission issue, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

I suspect that was because your customization file causing this issue, can you temporary rename this file and see how it goes?

It seems like renamed this folder com_komento, it still display the same.

Can you temporary rename this folder? JoomlaFolder/templates/theme2023/html/com_content

By the way, It would very hard for us keep hitting file permission issue when I trying to troubleshoot this issue.

it will not appear duplicate comment now after I renamed your overrided template folder JoomlaFolder/templates/theme2023/html/com_content_bak

Perhaps you can consult with your developer what they did the customization on this folder file.

I don't develop and I do not have a developer. I just bought the template in its current shape from Template Monsters. They integrated a demo of your software. The only thing I did was install the full version of Komento over the pre-installed demo version of Komento. Could it be that this caused the issue?

Hi Peeters,

They might have done the customization with older version of komento and that might cause some issue when you install a newer version of komento on your site. To be honest we have no idea what kind of customization that your template provider have done with komento layout and it is best for you to get a direct words from them since they know best with their own components.
