Before buying Komento I installed the free one. I removed it and then I installed the paid one but I don't see any difference. As well I have problem to make it works. It doesn't force to do the moderation and the catcha. So anyone can post comments. I have:
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.2.2 Stable
Joomla! Platform Version Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable
PHP Version 5.3.3

Regards,
Alfonso
Hello Alfonso,

You can see the difference here: http://stackideas.com/komento/plans . For the moderation and captcha, you need to enable it in:
Moderation: Backend>Komento>Integration>Workflow
Captcha: Backend>Komento>Integration>Antispam

Hope this helps.

Hi Nick,
I know those. I meant more visual difference and menus. And mostly at installation.
With respect to Moderation and Catcha I did those but still don't work. (I sent a link to my page for you to see and test) How to fully remove the free version and add the paid version? Because this is one of the problem I think. WHen I remove the free and install the paid still I can see my own setup there. Somehow the removal is partial (probably still in database?)

Hello Alfonso,

There is no menu difference between free and paid. As you can see in our Plan page, for free version you won't get the file attachment feature, no installation service provided and so forth. You just have to install the paid version over the free version. As for the Moderation and Captcha, can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue? Please advise.

Hi Nick,
I had last attempt to fix it but still nothing. This time I managed to clear the old free component by uninstalling from the Admin page plus deleting manually all tables from the MySQL (otherwise the old setup keep haunting you).
I have created a temporary access for you:
FP: at **** with un:*** and pwd:*****
Joomla: lasallejerez.es/administrator and then the same un/pwd combination.
Regards,
Alfonso

Hello,

I've tried to access your admin site but I got this: http://screencast.com/t/qyVtzMle5 . By the way, please put your access credential in the Site Details below the reply form next time. Only support team can view the content of the site details.

Hello,

There's actually a bug in Joomla 3.2.0 where you need to go to Users > Options and save the option so that the default public group is selected.

I guess you mean:
Go to Global Configuration --> User Manager --> Guest User Group
set to Public?

Hello,

Yes but its already set to public, you just need to re-save it to let it initialize the id.
