What's this odd box?

Hi,

I seem to get these funny boxes popping up when my mouse hovers over certain places. I think that they should give the text of the komento review or easyblog but at they moment they seem to just have the module title at the top and the users name at the bottom.

Can they either be fixed ...or just turned off?!
