On the PayPlans settings, there is an option to set the CRON to run when a user accesses the page.
This is not really good for commercvial sites and there should be an option to set up an external CRON task.
This was available in previous verions of PayPlans as follows:

https://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=cron&task=trigger

IS this CRON still correct?
