What is "Model class easydiscussModelUser not found in file" ?

Does anybody know what this error means? I think it might be because this is a demo site and most of my users don't have valid e-mails and are in there just to show the site capabilities to potential business partners.

JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/models/user.php
JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/models/user.php

If it does not help please send us your backend and FTP login. Please advice.
