What is the FILES option for (attached) when posting a message. Can that be removed/disabled?
Hi Haki Saki,
The 'Files' is basically for users to share files if they want to. For example, pdf, txt, zip, docx and so on, depending on which file format you allow from the application backend setting.

To remove/disable the file system, you can head to the backend applications page and search for 'files' and disable those that you want(http://take.ms/uIn6W). For example, files under 'user' will disable the file system in the main dashboard, files under 'group' will disable the file system under groups.

Hey Haki Saki,
If unpublishing from the applications list does not work, you can head into the app itself to unpublish it(http://take.ms/57vRy).
I have helped you unpublished files app for groups, events, and pages. Double check and let us know if this is done.
