What does Subscription Hold means in PayPlans?

Dear Stackideas,

I would like to know what the status: Subscription Hold in PayPlans means. In the MySQL Query, HTTP query and User Groups app you can perform an action on the Subscription Hold status. What does this exactly do?

Hey Pim,

The status "Subscription - hold" simply means "Pending". I am not entirely sure why it was originally called "hold", perhaps it was intended to be "on hold". Nevertheless, these strings will be updated in 3.7

Yes, those apps you mention can be processed when the subscription state is "Hold".

Subscription is generally mark on hold when refund is done.
