That app is not developed by us. I believe you have probably installed it from a 3rd party developer.

Ah okay - I asked and none of our dev team recall doing that. Alas the Applications section does seem very difficult to fathom as there is not much info on any of the apps (the default "helpful" text seems always to be 'On this page, you will be able to configure the application settings.') which really doesn't help at all - author and version number for instance might be handy for future versions of ES

I've said it before but you really could do with at least one person focused and documentation and help systems as I'm sure you must get tired out having to constantly answer questions here!

Noted, we actually had it before but we replace the right section with the application settings. We'll probably merge back the author details on the left of the form.
