It's difficult to find the right place to post this question.

On the EasyDiscuss demo site, in the opening paragraph it says "EasyDiscuss works great as a CRM tool" and I was wondering what specific CRM features does it have? Or why would EasyDiscuss be a good CRM tool?

Hm, it's good to handle customers in that sense? Perhaps the description was a little "misleading" as it should really just be customer support management
