What could be the cover upload error cause?

Hi.
I tried to create a group and upload a cover during group creating on a samsung galaxy s3, there always come a browser message "previous operation need to much space.."
If i create a group and save without a cover, then i re-edit this group to add a cover with the same picture then all is working fine...?

What could causing this

Can you provide us with a screenshot regarding this ""previous operation need to much space.."", also is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

But Arlex,

there is no doc on stackideas about this optimal configurations about memory_limit or other minimum php.ini settings.. I think that would be very good if you update that, so i can add to my php.ini file

I have tried to access this user "test" in your backend, but i getting this :
Warning

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.


Okay, remember request with your Webhosting provider to help you increase the memory_limit to 256MB or 512MB and see how it goes.
