What cache setting is right for AutoFeed on EasyBlog?

Hi,

My blog is running on Autofeed, but will not update the page, without me emptying the site and browser caches. Im'm using RokBooster and standard Joomla cache. Could you please tell me what the ideal settings for these would be to make it work?
