What are "Featured Groups"?

Hello --
I can find no documentation or instructions for this. Please explain how an administrator can designate a Featured Group.

Hello William,

While browsing the groups on the groups page, you can feature the group by hovering over the group (You need to be a site admin). By featuring a group, it basically means that you would want to pin the group to the top of the list

Hovering over? The group name? With the mouse cursor? Backend or frontend? I tried both and nothing happens. I use the Chrome browser.

Please advise. Thanks.
