What are bookmarks and how to use them?

Since update to 1.3.1 i see the feature called "Bookmarks" in my sidebar.
For a start, how do i disable this? I dont like adding new features without proper introduction to members. Keep it strictly professional.

And after that, how do i use this, how do i add bookmark?
Hello Darko,

You can't currently disable this but too bookmark a stream item, it's as simple as hovering over the stream action dropdown (with the arrow) and click on the bookmark toggle

I thought it was something easy as that.

I had an override in TEMPLATE/stream/default.item.php
After updating the file, it makes sense now
