On https://stackideas.com/dashboard I found "Download installer" and seems to be NOT the installer but the Easlyblog component. (see screenshot)

These are those installer you should use in order to install them on your site. The different is if you using full package, it size much bigger and those installation will be done within the package itself.

And if you are using launcher package, those installation will be done on our server by downloading those necessary items/components from our end.

Maybe you required any help form us, is it possible for you to provide us with the back end so that we can help you install them. Please advice.
