Unfortunately, it is impossible to remove the 'Forget your username' and 'Forget your password' in the module setting currently but you can modify this PHP file (JoomlaRootFolder/modules/mod_easyblogwelcome/tmpl/default.php) to achieve this. I already helped you to modified it to remove the 'Forget your username' and 'Forget your password'.

You can just download my attached file and replace into this template override file location JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/mod_easyblogwelcome/default.php , so you do not need to do this changes again when you trying to update to the next release version.
