Hi team,

I have a problem with Easysocial welcome message on Echo template on mobile. Modal window on mobile is very thin and not readable. Also close button is kind of hidden. From the usability test with real users - this is major problem on mobile. Pls see video. Also on desktop close button is very hidden in right top corner fof page (instead modal box)

I think it requries complex css fix.

Thanks.

HI there,

It does shown correctly as you can see here http://take.ms/jCNF8. Based on your videos, you need to refresh your page first in order to make sure it changed to mobile version. You can refer my video here http://take.ms/GbA73.

But not that Mobile version are smaller and thus i would advice you to use more shorter descriptions. Thanks for understanding.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

HI Abdul,

on mobile it is even worse. It depends on mobile phone size/resolution of course. There is no limit for this field. I can remove the text of course, then it will not contain important information. On desktop it is ok, but on mobile it is very thin, without scrollbar and not possible to close in some cases. SImply responsive design in this case failed. Pls redesign this. In the meantime I will reduce text.

Best,
Pavol

Yes it would be nice. Usability on mobile should be top most priority. We have 60% users on mobile. Have a nice day, I'm closing this one for now.
