Hi,

I have a blog article with a number of embedded videos and I am trying to change some of the text using JCE editior.

When I go to Edit Article and update the text in code view, then click Update Post it shows as saved, but then when I view on front end it has deleted some other values from within the article that I haven't even touched.

When I look on Chrome Inspect Element, there are 19 errors on the page relating to facebook.

I also noticed that on the frontend, when I try to insert a media file using the Insert/Edit Media button, I randomly get an eror message saying something like 'You do not have the required access'.

I am working with the latest version of EasyBlog 5.

Any idea how I fix this?

Kind regards

Mel

Can you tell me which blog post you've encounter this issue? I actually created a test post on your site and in this test post, I've image and video and I did edit the post few times and everything seem working fine. Nothing get deleted from the blog post. Please advise.

Can you tell me how I can replicate this issue at your site? I cant seem to be able to replicate this issue on your site during my testing

Please advise.

Hi Sam,

apologies for delay.

I managed to save my blog (eventually) through perseverance. It was an article containing videos - I dare not open it again as don't want to lose my work again (which seems to happen).

I have just had another go at inserting media in a test post and here is the screen that appeared:

Hello Mel,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've tried to view media manager from your site and it seems like everything is working fine from my end. Refer my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-26_1607_001.png . Not entirely sure how to reproduce yours.

Hi Ezrul,

no problem. I will come back to this one later as have more pressing issues to fix first which I am just about to post.

Thanks for your help so far
