Having some strangeness with URLs and pulling my hair out to figure it out. You should still have login credentials for my site.

http://www.sponsorbuy.net/sb

1. My logbox is picking up a strange URL related to one of my hidden menus. Where is that coming from?
2. When attempting to hit the user profile of someone attending an event/campaign (also tied to a hidden menu), it's prompting the user to login. http://sponsorbuy.net/sb/philmont/toms

Any help is appreciated!
Hello Thomas,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Please find the answer from your inquiries below:

#1. My logbox is picking up a strange URL related to one of my hidden menus. Where is that coming from?
Answer : It seems like you do not create any menu item that pointing to the easysocial dashboard thus it will follow the first hidden menu item that you've created. You need to create at least one menu item that pointing to easysocial dashboard so that the rest of the component will work normally. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-12_1357.png

#2. When attempting to hit the user profile of someone attending an event/campaign (also tied to a hidden menu), it's prompting the user to login.
Answer : Somehow the easysocial menu item "Profile About" is returning the permalink as id instead of the id of the user itself thus returning the error and require the user to login. Also when the user login and then navigate trough the link, it will redirect the user back to their own profile instead of 'toms' profile. Can you download the attachment below and replace the file at /administrator/components/com_easysocial/themes/default/jfields/user.js and see how it goes? Kindly reconfigure the menu item again after you have replace the file.

If the problem still persist, can you provide us with FTP access so we can apply the fix directly? Please advise.

Hello Thomas,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access as I didn't see any of your credentials from your forum history.

Please advise.

Hello Tom,

It seems like the provided credentials does not have super user access as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-11_2202.png

Can you make the provided user to have super user access? Please advise
