I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. May I know is it by chance the event owner has invited the same user previously? I noticed that there are multiple same user that are listed in the event pending lists hence causing the calculation a bit off.

We are still investigating on the issue but I have applied a temporary fix inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/event/event.php and the count should be correct now. Can you verify it for me?

Hi - same issue on this still. Latest event (Greenstone Cup) is showing -7.

Before this as stated by my colleague above, we cannot replicate it, and somehow those fixes did not fixed the main issues there. After looking more deeper on this issues, it seems that, we can replicate that now. I have created a ticket internally and this fixes will be included on our next release version.
