weird email behaviour

When the automatic welcome email arrives to a newly registred user there are two issues.

1/ There is the wrong text at the top covering the real email name.
How may I change this?

2/ The images are missing.
Where do I correct this?

I have a screenshot to send.

"RESCUEmost" recent was the name used for an old dev vs of site.
Not sure where it's pulling it up from and I can not seem to find where to make correction.
I would prefer to control this aspect so I can enter WELCOME! or something like that.

Hey Nev,

I believe you have also sent a ticket on our helpdesk. You can find most of these registration email templates located in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/emails/html/registration/
