I looked at these but they do not appear to address my issue.
I not sure how I can reach you with a screenshot but please let me explain.

When I receive your email it has "Mark Lee" at the top. Under it is: "Sales@Stackideas.
Or:
Under Stackideas Support Forum is "support @stackideas.com.

Normally one would configure this in email settings.

However, the email welcoming a new site registration is automated and I do not know where to configure my choice of heading text.

On top of my send email address are the words 'RESCUEmost recent'. Which is not the greeting or heading I want.

I have no idea how this got configured or where it is pulling it from.

I hope this clarifies this issue.

I will appreciate any further advice and thank you in advance.
