I made a very simple webview only app of my website. For me, everything is working fine. But others got big problems with it.

The registration process seems to be working for me, but others got problems. I have the setting, that registration logins members directly and send them an email about the username and password. In some cases the users get the email with username and password, but the account does not exist in backend so they can not login.

These users sent me the emails as a proof that they have registered. I can see their username and password inside these mails but there are no such users in the backend. So the emails got sent but the user was not written inside the database.

I am aware of the fact, that you can not provide support for a webview app at all but I thought that maybe you got an idea what could go wrong with these settings. I tried to reproduce this many times and can not find anything.
Hey Sabih,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, I am actually a little lost here. When you mean web view, what do you mean by that?

Webview means an app, in this case for android, that only displays the website. It is like having the website as an app. Very simple made within seconds so no extra software so far. Maybe you can say having the website to open in a mobile without the browser frame.

I will tonight make an update to 1.4 and I hope this could maybe solve the 'unknown' problem.

But the case is that people register, get the registration mail but are not created in the backend. This happens only to few people, most of them go through registration flawlessly.

I know due to being an app, this does not have any support in it. So I do not expect a solution at all cost. My only intention and hope of this thread was that you might have an idea or any other member around here.

Hm, I think this could probably be due to some session but to be honest, I am not entirely sure
