I am wondering if you know any technicians who could tackle the issue regarding JavaScript and other related things.

My website loads very slowly, so I used Google PageSpeed Insights and YSlow to specify any wall for it.

One of the most obstacle thing I think is "Render-Blocking JavaScripts and CSS" (There are 21 Javascript files and 17 CSS files in my site. )

I need to remove the block by doing some gizmos like merging, minimizing, deferring, or something like them. However, I have no idea how to do them.

Actually, I have hired a few freelancers from Elance. However, they could not solve the problem for some reasons.
In my page the majority of function depends on your products such as EasyDiscuss, EasyBlog, and EasySocial. Therefore, I believe that IT people who you know
could do better than freelances.

I am happy to pay up to 90 US dollars for the task.
