Hello , using the badge system as an example..

(A) If a user in China views my USA hosted easysocial site and mouse over on the peace badge, would he see the word 'peace' in English or a Chinese translation of 'peace'?

(B) If he sees the English word 'peace', how can I ensure that the word gets translated to Chinese, Brazilian, Indonesian, Arabic, etc depnding on the country?

(C) How can I see what my site would look like in other countries e.g Thailand?
It depends on the title / description that is stored in the system. If you store the title as english text, they won't be translated. If you store it as a language string and add your translations on the language file, it would appear differently on all different languages.
