WE NEED A NEW EB MODULE FOR CATEGORY BASED SEARCH?

Hi,

Currently, there is no possibility to search blog posts with a specific category only filter.

I think, there is currently a module for searching the EB Blogs though. Would be great if that one is revised and released with the search options / filters anytime soon?

If we just would like to search, for example, within a "News" category and don't want to retrieve blogs / posts from all the other irrelevant categories then we, unfortunately, seems to have no option?

Please vote for the feature so that we have it ASAP?

Do you know the Universal AJAX Live Search module from Offlajn? It looks like the module can search within categories as seen in the demo here:

Hi Sabih,

I think, the Live search module, currently, does not have builtin integration with EB. I guess, it requires a custom search plugin for EB?
