Yes. I want the stream to behave like any other Joomla module that can be placed where I want in my templates module positions.

I see a module for activity stream but if I turn that on, I get two streams. Can I turn off the main default one and use that module instead?

I am not really sure are you referring this, can you try turn off these following setting from backend and see how it goes?

backend > Easysocial > settings > general > Enable lockdown mode - Yes
backend > Easysocial > settings > general > Allow registrations in lockdown mode - YES

That only turns the stream off for guests. Right?

I want to turn OFF the built in one completely. Then I'll use the module and place it where we want it using Joomla module positions.

Is that possible?

By the way, Easysocial stream module is just display the `everyone` filter, it didn't included the rest of the filter like `Me & Friends`, `Following`, `Bookmark`, `Application` and etc.

Yes. This is what we want. And we want it in the sidebar so we can display an article grid on home page.

JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\dashboard\default.guests.php (For guest)
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\dashboard\default.php (For registered user)
