Dear support,

in EasySocial Backend > languages we can't discover or install language packages anymore. Pleas see screenshots of using Button "Discover" the red X and of installed language german clicked an using Button "Install".

PS this is on a privat intranet so i can't give a link. We have a staging page, there we get as expected following error "The access of this API is restricted and the current domain is not associated with any licenses on our end. Please contact our support if you wish to change your licensed domain."

The possibility that you encountered this issue is that your site is not licensed under a registered domain. I suggest you to download language on licensed domain, then transfer the files to the intarnet site. If you cannot download the language files on the licensed domain, another method is to download from CrowdIn. Below I have provided a link. Register an account, then access the link given below.

On not registered domain it says instead "The access of this API is restricted and the current domain is not associated with any licenses on our end. Please contact our support if you wish to change your licensed domain."

For your licensed domain, you may download the EasySocial installer from your dashboard and install it again.
