Warning when make fresh installation

Hi,

This is;

Fresh install of Joomla! 3.9.12
PayPlan 4.0.14
Default Protostar template


There a warning when installing Payplans. But the installation went well with no issue.

See my attached image.

It seems i am able to replicate this issue. I've logged this into our issue tracker and will include this fix in upcoming release.

So far the warning is disappear after update to v4.0.15
