Hello,

After adjusting cover and updating profile the user receives an warning message. Please review the attached screen shots and advise.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried login as tester user account on your site and replicate this issue, but it seems work fine when i do the same step what you described in earlier, you can check my video here : http://screen.stackideas.com/Screencast_10-29_14-05-2017.mp4

Is it only this user account (Moller) having this issue? If yes, is it possible provide us this user account login access so we can better have a check?

Hello Arlex,

Seems the issue is occurring for each user, at least those tested. I've provided a video demonstrating the steps for the user you just tested.

Please review and see if you can duplicate.

Hi Mark,

The issue doesn't occur when uploading a cover. I happens on the next edit process, with an existing cover, where the user just adjusts the same cover a little and then clicks the update. Try that and let me know if the issue is replicated.

Hm, yeah you are right! I managed to replicate this issue internally as well. I have also added this into our issue tracker and this will be fixed on the next release, 2.0.18.

Here's a quick fix which you can apply on the site. Download the attached file and upload it into /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/cover/
