Sorry I'm new and I too am having the same problem and I re-downloaded the component thinking it would change anything, absolutely not, the problem persists, I have tried in all ways but nothing, I even spoke on writable permissions to make it all but nothing to do, at least for me I can not go on. I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but i hitting this :

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

By the way, can you try install from directory method and see how it goes?
First -> Go to your Joomla root folder/tmp/eb/ <- extract the zip file
Second -> Go to your Joomla backend > extension manager > click on install from directory tab > see the path > add one more directory called "eb"

//example :

.../tmp/eb

I've seen that already someone (you) has created a folder "b" on tmp and uploaded the .zip file
Question: I need to extract the contents of the folder, and then by extension manager to open the folder as follows :?
