Hi,

I have updated Easydiscuss to the latest version. Now I get this message at the back- and frontend.

JFile: :copy(/var/www/Joomla315g/tmp/install_52e9528482dad/media/config.php, /var/www/mintport-131031-old/media/com_easydiscuss/config.php): copy(/var/www/mintport-131031-old//var/www/Joomla315g/tmp/install_52e9528482dad/media/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

How can I change this?

This maybe due to permission issue, please provide us with FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site? We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

Can you please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site?
We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

How can I disable/remove this console window?

please elaborate on this further maybe a screen shot, and where did you get the code from.

we don't use ftp. We only use the component "extplorer" as file manager. I hope you can help me anyway.

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like the config.php file can't pass over the file in this file location JoomlaFolder/media/com_easydiscuss/config.php when you perform the installation that time hitting the file permission issues, so after that installation completed then show out this message in your site.

I have help you uploaded this file, so the message should be disappear now. Please have a check.
