what does error:

mean?

It is quite difficult to troubleshoot without FTP access. But we will try to replicate this issue locally, in order to replicate we need to access your backend, and seems like there authentication required https://www.screencast.com/t/BzQQYyiompc

Hello Muhammad,

to be honest I waited untill update to EB 5.1 and as I was hoping this problem seems to be solved by update.
Therefore I have new problems which I allready posted to forum.
