Hello Guys,

I have 2 issues with ES 1.1.4:

1. I reveiced this message in a stream post. Please see attached screenshot. By the way, I cleared browser cache, but it still gives error.

2. I made uninstall and reinstall to update to 1.1.4. When uninstalling, I also uninstall ES modules. After reinstall, ES's regualar look on unity dissappeared. What to do here? I want those modules back at their regular place.

Best regards,
Hello Zafer,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi,

I've fixed it on your site. It is a minor code bug in the blog app and we will include it in the next app update.

Regarding the module not showing up on unity, it seems like all the EasySocial modules is unpublished on your site.

You can publish which module you want and set the module to the position of either "es-unity-sidebar-top" or "es-unity-sidebar-bottom".

Hello Jason,

As I understand, they are bonus modules, but where are the core modules like Online Users, Recent users, Recent albums which come with installation. For example, there should have been 2 Leaderboard module, right?

As I see core modules are missing. It happened after uninstall-reinstall. Please have a look at it.

Hi,

Those core modules are actually just the normal modules.

When you uninstall and reinstall, EasySocial checked that there is already this module, hence the module is not reassigned again. If not for users who removed the modules, will have to re-remove it on every upgrade/reinstall.

As mentioned above, you just need to create the module from the EasySocial module and assign them to the appropriate module position.
