Hello. When clicking on the gear icon, the menu options are mostly or completely cut off on the left hand of the window. Resizing the window does not solve it either. Screenshot attached. Thank you.
Hello Jeromy,

Happy New Year! Is it possible for you to provide us with the access to the site so that we can troubleshoot this?

Hello Jeromy,

Hm, I noticed that you have already installed the web app template. How did you replicate this issue on your mobile device?

Hello Jeromy,

Ah okay it looks like this is only happening on Safari and Chrome. I recall now that this is already fixed on the latest Wanderers package. Are you using the latest version?

If you are already on the latest version, can you please provide me with the FTP access please?

Thank you. Template version is: 2.0.11
Will I receive an update notification in Joomla when there is a template update available? I'm also wondering if I purchase one of the apps for easysocial, how I will be notified of updates too. I will edit the first post to include ftp login info.

I'm not sure if this is connected to the template issue or not, but I am also unable to manage my alerts. Screenshot attached. Thanks

I updated the initial post with the login information. I'm curious, is the info deleted when updated? Because I put in the info in this ticket earlier. Thanks
