I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tested on my locally, it seems work fine when i disabled these setting from backend, that vote no longer appear on the discussion page, can you check again if you disabled those setting is it still appear on the page?

- Allow votings on reply
- Allow votings on question

If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend access so I can better have a check?

Configs are ok but I still see the votings arrows.
I am vsiting the site as superadmin, not sure if that's the issue.
I have updated the main topic with admin and ftp accss.

Oh @Macjoomla said is true, that is the bug in current latest version, we will fix this in next release version as well.
