Hello

I had not been in Voices for a while (for ES and EB as far as I am concerned), and I must say that I am a bit lost...

1- Sorting the items by Popular does not work, you are redirected to the Voices homepage (this is a major issue as what you need to know in general is what people are requesting the most!).

2- Voices items seem to have been purged (I don't know when...). I am not able to find my own requests again. I sometimes spent a lot of time writing them, and even if I understand that you wanted to start from scratch again, old requests should remain available to people who wrote them.

3- Do you have someone managing these requests now (I mean identifying duplicates, rejecting requests and maybe discussing a bit with customers)? It did not seem to be the case previouly.

The voices extension was a custom extension written by us last year I believe and I will actually need to spare some time to update it

As for issues with the purging, we did not do this intentionally. Somehow, Google was indexing these "delete" actions and there was a bug in the issue tracker. Hence, the crawlers were actually deleting them

As for managing voices, we don't have a dedicated person maintaining this now. We are actually pretty shorthanded currently but we are looking for one

OK, thank you for your transparency.

For the lost feature requests of Voices (some are linked in my signature ) any hope that they are recovered? Or do I have to recreate them?

Hi,
this is an very annoying problem. In the Webcache is many topics (for example, Weekly or Monthly Leader Board - I need this option), but on your site still is nothing. Voice is completely empty...

Voice now works. But there are all topics? Where is the topic for which I want to vote? Weekly or Monthly Leader Board

Note:
Why are in Voice there so old topics?
Why is the upcoming milestone 1.4.0. when the current version is 1.4.6.?
Why you have not accepted any topic?
Why send suggestions for improving the function? Want to know our wishes and ideas?

I do not understand that....

Hey Jan,

Look at my reply above It seems like Google was indexing some of the "delete" links and it actually crawled the delete link. There was a bug in the voices system but it's rectified now. We will be fixing this shortly.
