What am I doing wrong?

I have tried to update the post to include ftp info but the details are changing to my other clients easy log site

Hi Ian,
No worries, your ftp access is no longer needed. I found the root of the issue. It seems in your Public ACL settings, the 'Post Comments' settings is not enabled(http://take.ms/Uj2A7).
I have helped you enable this so the comment form should show now.
