Visitors dont see the comment anymore

Hello,

since de last update of Komento, the visitors cant see the comments anymore and they have this sentence at the place of Komento :
"You don't have permission to view or post comments".

Have you use solution that my colleague gave above? If yes and the issue is still persist, can you provide us your site access and ftp access so that we can assist you on this issue much quicker.
