Virtuemart 3.0.2 - add comments give error

Hi,
i have problem with integration Kommento on Joomla 3, and Virtuemart 3 ... if i want add comment to product, boom on me pop up window with this error :

i had problem with integration menu of Kommento in Joomla administration system - solution is here: http://stackideas.com/forums/acl-and-integrations-menu-does-not-open ( i use this file com_virtuemart.php )

This error is only for Virtuemart Product, for Joomla articles is everything fine ...

Hello Peter,

Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_komento/komento_plugins/com_virtuemart.php and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can fix this for you.

Hello Peter,

I've tried to access your FTP but I get: Server said: Login incorrect. And same goes to your backend, I get : You don't have permission to access /administrator/ on this server. Please advise.

Hello Peter,

I've tried to access your backend thru this URL: http://********rum.sk/administrator/ but still getting: You don't have permission to access /administrator/ on this server. and I've also tried your web FTP and I got this: Používateľ neexistuje, skúste to, prosím, znovu. Uistite se, že nemáte zapnutý Caps Lock! I've tried using multiple machines.

Okay so, its probably hosting security access denied and im not magic man with htaccess file .... So i created new clone of this webpage ... please check new Site Details ...

but now i have empty "categories filter" in settings - workflow, category ... see picture ...
