Vimeo problem

So we are trying to embed a vimeo video into Easyblog. We do a monthly Videoblog post from vimeo and the last few months its been perfect. This month when we embeded the video exactly like before instead of showing the video the block comes up empty even with the correct URL in place. Did Vimeo change something? What happened? We have tried mac and PC and all browsers to eliminate that

For some reason the crawler is not crawling the video properly. The issue does not occur on my local instance.

Can you provide us the ftp access to your site so we can troubleshoot further?

Hey Mark,

It appears something is not right from your .htaccess file. When I use back Joomla's default htaccess file, the Vimeo video was properly crawled(http://take.ms/JspzO).

Perhaps you can consult the previous person who edited the htaccess file about this?

If you want to verify this, you can use back the content from your default htaccess file then try updating the video link in Vimeo block.
