I tried the fix here and it still isn't working on our site.

Is there another issue?
HI David,

I have tried replicate this locally and it seems to be working correctly. Am I missing anything here? Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can inspect this issue on your site?

Please advice.

We are currently using version 3.9.16263 of EasyBlog and Joomla! 3.3.1.

Would that matter?

Hello David,

To be honest, we can't reproduce this issue on our internal copy. The only way we can test this is to access your site to troubleshoot this. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I will send backend access via a private message.

As we have a mailer going out this morning we have switched to youtube for the embed, and that is working, but will not resize. Could you take a look at that too?

Thanks.

Hello David,

Sure, you can create a new ticket at https://crm.stackideas.com . Please remember to reference this forum post otherwise we have no idea where does the ticket refers to. We have close to 6 different support members working on our support and ticketing area and sometimes to keep track or remember these tickets would be cumbersome.
