I have Komento. I'd like the following: Every site user has access to view massages in comments , but only registered users can add them. Does Komento have this function? Please, help me find it out. Appreciate.

Go to Komento -> ACL to set this up.
In ACL you can set up specific permissions for each usergroup to set what they are allowed to do.
