I have upgraded to Easyblog 5.2.4 and now when a user clicks the link to go to view the blog instead of being directed to the login page they get a 404 error which doesn't look very professional
I know this has been an issue with the viewhtml.php file as you have had to send amended ones but the latest one you sent from September 2017 is the one that now throws a 404
It seems like I was unable to login from your site backend, but based on what i check further regarding this, we did added new setting for this Enable Error Redirection, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Can you revert back to original file then try enabled this setting and see how it goes.

Hey Steve,

May i know what is that post URL you trying to access? Because based on what i checked the code, if that post URL is invalid, then it will redirect to 404 page.

If the system detected that is valid post, but the current guest user doesn't have permission to access it, then the system will redirect this user to the login page.

If you urgent to fix this temporary, you can download my attached file then replace to this file location.
